Members can request new issuer names be added at NYPPEX such as:

  

Private Companies

  

Private Equity (and other) Partnerships
  

Hedge Funds

  

Other Entities (e.g. public companies, closed end funds etc.)

If a new issuer is approved, NYPPEX will:

  

Assign a NYPPEX symbol to the issuer's unregistered security

  

Privately trade its unregistered securities
